Dental Assistant (RDA) – Meridiana Family Dental

Location: Rosharon, TX (Meridiana Community)
Position: Part-Time / Full-Time 3-4 days per week

Meridiana Family Dental is a modern, privately owned dental practice dedicated to providing exceptional patient care with compassion and integrity. We are looking for a positive, dependable, and team-oriented Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing practice.

Responsibilities:
• Assist the dentist during restorative, surgical, and hygiene procedures
• Take digital radiographs and CBCT scans
• Prepare and disinfect operatories
• Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards
• Educate patients on treatment and post-operative care
• Maintain accurate clinical records
• Support the team in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient office
• Help create an outstanding patient experience

Qualifications:
• Active Texas RDA license
• Current CPR certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Experience with Open Dental is a plus
• Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required
