Pay Range: $32–$38 per hour

About Us
We are a dedicated specialty dental practice with four endodontists and one part-time periodontist, all committed to delivering exceptional patient care. Our team includes a Practice Success Director, Strategic Growth Partner, Patient Coordinators, Dental Assistants, and a Sterile Technician, all working together to ensure every patient and referring office receives the highest level of support and attention.
We take pride in continuing the outstanding care our referring offices provide, ensuring each patient feels valued, understood, and well-cared-for from start to finish. Position Details
Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
Optional additional hours on select Wednesdays
Shifts vary between 6:30 AM–3:30 PM and 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
Hours: 34–38 hours per week

Qualifications
Current LDA dental license required
Experience preferred but not required

Job Description
Our specialty dental office is seeking a positive, motivated, outgoing Licensed Dental Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Chairside assisting for one or both endodontists
Setting up and breaking down operatories before and after treatment
Instrument sterilization and maintaining a clean, organized workspace
Monitoring supply levels and assisting with ordering
Handling laundry and maintaining OSHA logs
Supporting a seamless, exceptional patient experience every day
