Are you a skilled and compassionate dental hygienist looking to join an established practice that prioritizes quality care? We are seeking a full-time dental hygienist to enhance our dedicated team in a private practice setting known for its commitment to exceptional patient experiences and comprehensive dental care.
Our office is designed around the principle of providing one-hour hygiene appointments to ensure thorough, unhurried care for each patient. We believe that effective treatment takes time, and we do not engage in accelerated hygiene practices. This approach allows you to build meaningful relationships with your patients while delivering high-quality preventive care.
As a valued member of our team, you will perform a variety of essential duties, including but not limited to:
- Conducting comprehensive dental cleanings and assessments.
- Educating patients on oral health practices and preventative care.
- Identifying potential dental issues and working collaboratively with our multi-doctor team to develop treatment plans.
- Utilizing advanced dental technologies to improve the patient experience.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of patient treatments and outcomes.
We prioritize the safety and well-being of both our team members and patients, providing a fully-stocked supply of personal protective equipment (PPE). Each hygienist will be equipped with face shields, latex gloves, nitrile gloves, and regular masks to ensure a safe working environment.
Ideal candidates will possess a degree in dental hygiene and an active state license. We value team players who demonstrate a positive attitude, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to ongoing professional development. Experience in a general or multi-doctor practice is a plus, but we are open to nurturing talent and providing mentorship for dedicated individuals eager to grow within our practice.
