Lead Assistant and Admin Aide
LOCATION
Laguna Beach, CAHi! We are so excited to meet you! Our office is looking for a hard working, eager to learn dental assistant to lead our growing assisting team and prepare all things back office. Main role will be working with our Doctor, Dale Hoeffel, to prepare rooms and patients for treatment and to ease nervous patients. Secondary roles will include working with our hygiene team to capture x rays and perio chart, and turn their rooms in a bind.
Our goal for 2025 is to break into more of the digital space, adding digital charts, intraoral cameras and likely a 4th operatory soon. Administratively you will handle supply ordering and lab communication. We are looking for someone ready to blend this homey sweet office with the modern technology our patients deserve!
Pay will be $250-350 per day pending experience. We will conduct phone interviews, then a team interview and then make our selection.
