Responsibilities
Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures
Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
Take digital dental radiographs
Provide exceptional chairside assistance
Educate patients regarding diagnosed treatment and recommended care
Assist patients with scheduling treatment
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
Follow infection control and sterilization protocols
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience
Florida X-Ray Certification (Required)
EFDA Certification Preferred not required
Strong communication and patient care skills
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team
Dependable and punctual
Experience with digital dentistry and intraoral scanners is a plus
