Professional Opportunity for a Dental Hygiene Team Member

Bristol Dental Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented dental hygiene professional to join our general practice on a full-time basis. This position is available while a valued team member is on maternity leave, creating an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to step into a supportive and well-organized clinical environment.

In this role, you will provide high-quality preventive care and contribute to the overall oral health of patients in a general dental setting. You will work with one patient at a time, allowing you to focus on delivering thorough, individualized care and maintaining a calm, comfortable experience for each visit. The ideal candidate will be confident, compassionate, and committed to helping patients understand the importance of oral hygiene and preventive treatment.

Responsibilities will include performing dental prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and oral health assessments; taking and processing necessary radiographs; documenting clinical findings accurately; and educating patients on proper home care techniques. You will also assist in maintaining sterilization standards, preparing treatment areas, and supporting smooth clinical operations throughout the day. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a patient-centered approach are essential.

This position is well-suited for a college-educated dental hygienist who values teamwork, clinical excellence, and a positive workplace culture. Experience in general dentistry is preferred, though candidates with strong foundational skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to consider the opportunity.
