Join a dynamic and dedicated team in a thriving Periodontal Practice. We are seeking a passionate and skilled Dental Hygienist to provide high-quality patient care and enhance our practice's commitment to periodontal health.
As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a crucial role in the treatment and maintenance of periodontal disease, assisting our expert team led by Dr. Megan A. Ratliff. Your responsibilities will include performing periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing (SRP), administering local anesthesia, and educating patients on maintaining optimal oral health. You will also engage in patient assessments, take digital radiographs using Dexis, and maintain detailed records in Dentrix software.
We pride ourselves on providing a professional and friendly environment where our hygienists can thrive. The practice is equipped with modern technology, and we ensure a safe workplace by providing necessary personal protective equipment (PPE).
Our office structure allows for a 1-hour lunch break, giving you the time to recharge during your busy day. The team at our practice is committed to continuous learning and professional development, and we encourage our hygienists to expand their skills and knowledge.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a clinical dental setting, demonstrating proficiency in periodontal procedures and excellent communication skills. You should hold current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and possess a genuine passion for patient care.
We are offering a competitive hourly rate of $55-$65, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical insurance, paid time off (PTO), and a 401K plan. The practice operates M, Tu, Th, F. No weekends!
