Requirements:
Proficient in extractions, endodontics, and implants
Comfortable treating a wide variety of patients/ages
Active Dental License in the State of Oklahoma
Graduated from an accredited dental school
Active DEA, BLS, ACLS certifications
Contribute to a positive culture
Ability to be credentialed by insurance providers
