We’re looking for an experienced, dependable, and personable Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team at Pampered Smiles Dentistry.

Our practice is focused on providing intentionally elevated care at every visit. We want our patients to feel genuinely cared for, comfortable, and confident in the treatment they receive. Responsibilities

* Chairside assisting during restorative and cosmetic procedures
* Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining an efficient clinical flow
* Taking high-quality digital X-rays and intraoral images
* Taking digital impressions/scans
* Reviewing procedures and post-operative instructions with patients
* Maintaining sterilization and infection-control standards
* Keeping operatories clean, organized, and fully stocked
* Documenting accurate clinical information
* Helping create a comfortable, welcoming experience from the moment the patient is seated
* Working collaboratively with the doctor, hygienists, and front-office team

Qualifications

* Current Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification
* Current CPR/BLS certification
* Dental assisting experience preferred
* Experience with digital dentistry and intraoral scanning is a plus
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Dependable transportation and consistent attendance
