Dental Assistant / Front Office Assistant Burleson

We are a fast growing, privately owned dental office in Burleson, TX.
At Cherry Blossom Family Dentistry, we are passionate about providing exceptional dental care in a warm, welcoming environment. We are a growing practice looking for a dedicated and personable Dental Assistant who is also comfortable supporting front office operations. Even if you don not have front office experience, we are happy to provide training. The ideal candidate for this role will work half of the time at the front desk and half assisting in the back Join our friendly team and help us make a difference in the lives of our patients!

Position Overview:
We are seeking a versatile and motivated individual to work as a Dental Assistant and Front Office Assistant. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and enjoys interacting with patients. This position offers a mix of clinical assisting and administrative duties, providing a dynamic work experience.

Responsibilities:
• Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
• Take digital dental radiographs
• Ensure patients are comfortable and well-informed during their visit
• Manage front office tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and verifying insurance
• Maintain patient records with confidentiality and accuracy
• Support the team with other duties as needed

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED
• Dental Assistant certification
• Previous dental or front office experience (3 years)- even if you don not have front office experience, we are happy to provide training
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
