Responsibilities include providing thorough prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance, performing oral health assessments, taking and evaluating radiographs, documenting findings accurately, and educating patients on proper home care techniques. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with a general dentistry patient base and contributing to a positive clinical experience from start to finish. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to high standards of infection control are essential.

Experience with Dentrix and DEXIS is required, as these systems are used regularly in daily workflow and imaging procedures. Candidates should be organized, dependable, and able to work efficiently while maintaining a compassionate, patient-centered approach. A college-level education in dental hygiene or a related field is expected, along with the appropriate licensure and credentials required for practice.

This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $48.00 to $56.00, along with a benefits package that includes 401(k), paid time off, and an employee discount. A one-hour lunch break is provided to support work-life balance during the day. Convenient parking is available in the rear lot for staff.
