Part Time Dental Hygienist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate dental professional to join a well-established, easygoing family practice that has served the community for over 45 years. This is a part-time opportunity (with potential for more) in a great general practice with a supportive team, loyal patients, and a positive work environment. Our office is a single-doctor practice that primarily serves PPO and private patients, allowing for personalized care and strong provider-patient relationships.

The ideal candidate will be confident in delivering high-quality preventive dental care while maintaining a friendly, professional, and patient-focused approach. You should be comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively with the rest of the dental team to support efficient daily operations and excellent clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities include performing thorough cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and preventive care services; taking and reviewing dental radiographs as needed; documenting patient findings accurately; educating patients on oral hygiene and home care; and assisting with identifying potential oral health concerns for the doctor’s review. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential, along with a commitment to maintaining a calm and welcoming experience for every patient.
