Full Time Front Office - NW Houston Private Practice

Seeking a full time front desk coordinator for well established private practice in Northwest Houston (FM 1960 near Hwy 290). We pride ourselves in providing excellent dental care to our patients and are looking for a team member with a similar work ethic. Must be a quick learner, professional, reliable, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Looking for candidates who reside within a 15 mile radius of the office. 1 year experience working in a dental office is required. Experience with Open Dental software is a plus but not required. We will provide on the job training.

The front desk team handles insurance verification, submitting insurance claims, scheduling/confirming appointments, managing hygiene recall, checking patients in/out, treatment plan preparation, and posting payments.

We offer paid holidays, vacation, continuing education, and retirement plan benefits for full time employees. Medical insurance not offered.

Work hours are Monday to Thursday 7:45 am to 5:15 pm (Lunch break 12 pm to 1 pm) and Friday 7:45 am to 1:15 pm. Closed Saturday, Sunday, and all major holidays.

Our Dental office is an established general private practice in Northwest Houston (FM 1960 near Fallbrook). The practice was established in 2001 and has five operatories. Our focus is on delivering the highest level of quality in caring for our patients. We are in network with certain PPO insurance plans but do not accept HMO or Medicaid plans.Work hours Monday to Thursday 7:45 am to 5:15 pm (Lunch break 12 pm to 1 pm) and Friday 7:45 am to 1:15 pm
