Patient Coordinator
LOCATION
Atlanta, GAWe are seeking a full-time front office team member to support a warm, family-focused dental practice that provides care for patients of all ages, from young children to older adults. Our office offers a friendly, upbeat environment where patient relationships matter and teamwork is valued. We serve a wide range of dental needs, including general dentistry, periodontics, and endodontics, and work with single-doctor and multi-doctor settings across HMO, PPO, and private insurance plans.
The ideal candidate has 3 years of experience and a high school education, with strong skills in insurance verification, treatment plan presentation, scheduling, and Eaglesoft experience. This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to help create a smooth and welcoming experience for every patient.
We provide all benefits, a 1-hour lunch break, and a supportive team culture. The position includes safety equipment such as disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, latex gloves, nitrile gloves, N95 masks, and regular masks. Parking is available in a garage. Compensation is $23-$25 per hour.
