Looking to hire multiple RDA'S for multiple locations new grads welcome

We are a growing general dental practice seeking a compassionate, reliable dental assistant to join our full-time team. Our office provides care across general dentistry, pedodontics, and multi-specialty services, with a collaborative environment that supports both single-doctor and multi-doctor workflows. We work with PPO and private patients and are committed to providing a positive experience for every person who visits our office.

This role is a great opportunity for new graduates, and prior experience is not required. Cross-training is preferred but not required. We are looking for someone with a high school education, strong communication skills, and a genuine ability to care for patients with kindness and professionalism. A compassionate attitude is especially important in this position.

Daily responsibilities may include assisting with patient care, preparing treatment areas, supporting clinical procedures, and helping maintain an organized, efficient office. We provide a safe and well-equipped work environment, including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, latex gloves, nitrile gloves, and regular masks.

This is a full-time position with a one-hour lunch break. Pay ranges from $13 to $25 per hour, based on experience. If you are eager to grow in a supportive dental setting and enjoy helping patients feel comfortable, this could be a great fit for you.
