Orthodontic Assistant Treatment Coordinator

LOCATION
Sandy Springs, GA

We are a well established, 20 year old practice, that is patient centered. Our practice provides general, cosmetic and orthodontics with expertise in Invisalign, Traditional orthodontics and Brius. We are patient and team focused and provide a wow experience to our patients. These positions require multitasking skills, self-motivation and most importantly a "yes" attitude and a willingness to exceed patients expectations and supporting your teammates.

We are seeking a full time treatment coordinator and a part time orthodontic assistant.

Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator Details

* Guide new patients from their first phone call to the initial consultation to the start of orthodontic treatment

* Participates in morning huddles

* Discuss treatment options

* Establish treatment schedules and prepare financial arrangements

* Understand and explain various flex plan arrangements

* Prepare and draft preliminary treatment plan for doctor to review

* Take photos, itero scan and x rays

* Submit prescriptions to Easyrx

* Submit records to Invisalign and Brius for doctors review
