Full time Hygienist needed in Willis, TX

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate dental hygienist to join our growing, patient-centered team in a full-time (4 or 5 days per week). Our practice combines general dentistry with a broad range of specialty services, including periodontics, oral surgery, and prosthodontics. As a multi-specialty, single-doctor office serving PPO and private patients, we care for individuals of all ages — from children and families to adults and seniors — and are committed to delivering personalized treatment in a comfortable setting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, patient-focused, and confident in delivering preventive and periodontal care. Responsibilities include calculus removal, ultrasonic scaling, prophylaxis, gingivitis screening and treatment, fluoride treatment, oral cancer screening, oral hygiene instruction, patient education, dental charting, scheduling, patient recall, and irrigation agents. Experience with Cavitron, nitrous oxide administration and monitoring, SRP, laser, CPR certification, and BLS is preferred. We are looking for someone who can work comfortably with one patient at a time, spending approximately 60–90 minutes per appointment to provide thorough, individualized care.

Our office provides disposable gowns, goggles, latex gloves, nitrile gloves, and regular masks to help support a safe clinical environment. Parking is conveniently available in the lot right outside the office. While there is no formal lunch break, food is available when there is free time.

We offer $55/hour and 5 days of PTO after 1 year of employment. Experience of at least 1 year is preferred, though we welcome motivated professionals eager to grow with us. Flexible scheduling may be available when needed for family responsibilities.
