We’re looking for a freindly Registered Dental Hygienist
LOCATION
Northbrook, ILWe are seeking a kind, friendly, and highly motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our collaborative dental team on a full-time basis. This opportunity has become available as our current hygienist is retiring, and we are looking for someone who will continue to provide exceptional care and contribute to the positive, patient-centered culture we have built.
In this role, you will focus on delivering high-quality preventive care while building strong, lasting relationships with patients. You will work one patient at a time, allowing you to provide thoughtful, individualized care without feeling rushed. Appointments are scheduled to support quality treatment and clinical consistency, with approximately 60 minutes reserved for prophy appointments and 90 minutes for new patients. A 60-minute lunch break is included in the day to help support balance and sustainability.
Our office is fully modernized, featuring CBCT imaging, digital radiography, and up-to-date treatment techniques that support excellent clinical care. We have also recently renovated our space to create a more comfortable and welcoming environment for both patients and staff. You will be joining a team that values professionalism, communication, and mutual support.
The ideal candidate is a licensed dental hygienist who enjoys patient education, preventive care, and working collaboratively with dentists and team members. We are especially looking for someone who brings a warm manner, strong clinical skills, and a commitment to quality care. A college-level education and a solid understanding of current hygiene practices are expected.
This full-time position offers a 3–4 day work week, providing a great work-life balance. Additional benefits include paid time off, a modern and well-equipped office, and a friendly, supportive team environment. Compensation is competitive at $55–$60 per hour, based on experience.
