Sterilization Technician

What You’ll Do:
● Properly clean, sterilize, and maintain dental instruments, equipment, and operatories according to OSHA and CDC guidelines
● Organize and maintain sterilization and supply areas
● Assist clinical team by seating patients, taking x-rays, setting up operatories, and charting as needed
● Ensure rooms are cleaned, disinfected, and reset efficiently between patients
● Monitor and stock supplies in operatories and sterilization areas
● Assist with patient comfort and flow during hygiene appointments
● Follow infection control protocols and maintain a safe, compliant work environment
● Perform other duties as assigned to support the dental team

Qualifications:
● Previous dental office or sterilization experience preferred
● Knowledge of infection control and sterilization procedures
● Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain) preferred
● Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
● Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
● Professional and friendly demeanor with patients and staff
