We are a thriving dental practice seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to enhance our patient care team. Our focus is on providing exceptional dental services in a supportive, single-doctor environment that values work-life balance.
This part-time position features a consistent three-day work week with no evenings or weekends, ensuring that you have ample time for personal pursuits while making a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist during general, prosthodontic, and pediatric procedures.
- Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments, adhering to strict infection control protocols.
- Take high-quality dental radiographs and assist with digital imaging, including iTero scans.
- Monitor vital signs and accurately maintain clinical documentation.
- Contribute to a comfortable and welcoming experience for every patient.
What We’re Looking For:
- Active RDA license with a minimum of 2 years of dental clinic experience.
- Strong understanding of dental terminology and infection control standards.
- Familiarity with digital X-rays, iTero scanning, and dental software is preferred.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills.
