As a part of our family-focused dental office, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages. Position Overview:
As a General Dentist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a variety of dental conditions, performing routine check-ups, and providing preventive care. You will have the chance to engage with patients, educate them about their dental health, and perform procedures ranging from fillings to extractions. We are looking for someone who is not only skilled in dentistry but also possesses excellent interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient examinations and assessments to determine dental needs.
- Provide a range of dental services, including restorative and preventive treatments.
- Educate patients on oral health and preventive care practices.
- Collaborate with our dental team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in dental practices.
Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Active dental license in the state of practice.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for patient care.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Compensation:
We offer a competitive compensation structure at 30% of adjusted production or a daily guarantee of $800, whichever is greater, ensuring that your hard work is recognized and rewarded.
